ACI Marina Dubrovnik

Lopud is a small peaceful island off the Dubrovnik coast, famous for its sandy beaches that are quite rare on the Adriatic. First, we will anchor the sailboat in the bay of Šunj and enjoy fabulous swimming and relaxing in the turquoise blue sea water. Sailing around the island leads you to the village of Lopud , a picturesque island village with a relaxed pace of life. You can take a walk and dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants. During the summer months, you can also bring an early evening visit to Cape Benešin while the sun goes down into the sea and watch the unique light installation in the art pavilion Your Black Horizon.
Dubrovnik old town
Sailing in Dubrovnik and approaching Dubrovnik by sailing boat is an unforgettable experience. The sight of the fortified town raising from the water will give you the feeling of going back in time. You can sail around Dubrovnik, that will say, along the medieval fortified city walls built on the rocks. The city walls were built from the 13th till 17th century and in total the walls around the old city are 2km long. The walls include many towers and fortresses equipped with canons (not working). Once inside the old town, stroll down the 300 meter long Stradun main street and the around lying labyrinth of narrow streets full of restaurants, bars and giftshops. The Stradun main street connects the two main gates, Ploce and Pile. As well each end is marked by old fountains and bell towers. Take a walk over the city walls from which you will have the best view of the Dubrovnik old town.
Just a few miles sailing from Dubrovnik lies the exotic island of Lokrum, a special forest reserve under the protection of UNESCO. During the Habsburg dynasty, the former Benedictine monastery on the island was turned into a summer residence by Maximilian of Habsburg (the Emperor’s brother) who had planted many exotic plants like eucalyptus and cactuses and brought over peacocks. You can still find many peacocks walking around the island. Lokrum is also one of the settings of the series Game of Thrones and in the former monastery you can find a multimedia exhibition of the series and also the original King’s throne on which you can take a seat.
Elafiti islands (Sipan, Kolocep)
The islands Šipan and Koločep are part of the Elaphiti archipelago, a fabulous sailing holiday destination in Croatia counting 8 islands and five isles. Culture explorers will love the islands, since there is a huge number of monuments, more than thirty churches, several monasteries and about sixty gothic-renaissance style summer residences to explore. While nature explorers can go for a walk through the woods filled with olive, palm and wild orange trees. The sea around the Elaphiti islands is amazing. The crystal clear water, untouched water life and many caves are excellent for snorkelling, swimming or just relaxing on your sailing yacht.
The old town of Korčula is a small fortified medieval town. The entrance to the old core gives you the feeling to be in the Middle Ages, while at the same time you can feel the typical Dalmatian island atmosphere. Around Korčula there are many bays, coves and islets where you can anchor your yacht charter boat and swim or relax in the amazing turquoise sea. In the Blue lagoon of islet Stupa Velika a sublime restaurant serving organic food is hidden, the perfect place for chilling.
Pakleni islands (Palmizana)
Off the coast of Hvar lies a beautiful group of islands and islets called Pakleni Islands or Hell’s Islands. The islands are only 3 nm sailing from Hvar. They are actually an extension of the attractions and facilities of Hvar and during the day the party moves from Hvar to the Hell’s islands. The sea here has a stunning azure blue color and the many coves are a great place for swimming and snorkeling. The yacht can be moored in ACI Marina Palmižana and you can visit some of the trendiest beach bars on the Adriatic. Definitely, the most fancy sailing destination on the Adriatic is Hvar. Hvar is proclaimed one of the ten most beautiful islands in the world. Proizd and Vela Luka (Korcula Island)

Mljet island (Pomena)
Island Mljet with its beautiful coast and preserved nature is a true sailing paradise. The sailing boat can be moored in Pomena from where you can take a walk to the Mljet National Park consisting of two saltwater lakes surrounded by a thick forest.
